  • All products are subject to availability. In the event an item is unavailable after you place an order, our team will inform you and process a refund or exchange as per your preference.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Alagini reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not signify final acceptance — your order becomes binding once it is processed and dispatched.

  • Alagini reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as payment failure, stock unavailability, or inaccurate information.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

  • Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the Return Policy applies.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept multiple secure payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, additional verification may be conducted before processing.

  • In case of a pricing error or incorrect listing, Alagini reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines may extend during festive seasons, high-demand periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS.

  • Alagini is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking your parcel.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

  • Alagini accepts returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer exchanges currently.

  • Refunds are issued after successful quality check and verification.
