At Alagini, we take great care in ensuring every saree is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All product tags must be intact and the item should be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

    • Wrong product or colour delivered

Return Request Timeline

  • A return request must be raised within 48 Hours of product delivery.

  • Any request raised after 48 Hours will not be entertained.

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Call us at +91 99790 38361 and mail us at sales@alagini.in with your order details.

  2. To process the claim, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The product inside the parcel

    • The issue (damage/defect/wrong product)

    • The parcel being opened

  3. Do not accept parcels that have tampered packaging or broken seals. Please inform us immediately if you notice any such issue.

  4. Our team will verify your claim via call before initiating Reverse Pickup.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

Pickup & Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours.

  • After the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted.
    Upon approval, the refund will be processed through online transfer. You will be asked to share your UPI ID or QR code for payment.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
  • The complete process from return pickup to refund credit may take 10–12 working days.

Important Notes

  • Products purchased during Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Accessories paired or sent with the saree are not eligible for return.

  • Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.
